It was manufactured by OAZ and operated under GUKOS ownership. The spacecraft measures 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters and spans 7.8 meters. Its dry mass is 1,200 kg, and it had a launch mass of 1,300 kg. Equipped with 2 deployable solar arrays and batteries for power, the satellite features a 3-axis stabilized configuration.
