Manufactured by OAZ in SU (Soviet Union), it has a configuration of a 3-Axis stabilized spacecraft with dimensions of 4 meters in length and 1.5 meters in diameter, featuring an additional span of 7.8 meters due to its deployable solar arrays and antennas. The satellite weighs approximately 1200 kilograms dry and had a launch mass of 1300 kilograms.
