COSMOS 1917-1919, also known as Kosmos-1919, is a navigation satellite based on the Uragan bus and launched on February 17, 1988, from Launch Pad LC200/39 at the TYSMC site. It utilized a Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. The spacecraft has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and spans 7.8 meters.
