Manufactured by NPOPM, this satellite has dimensions of 4.4 meters in length, 1.4 meters in diameter, and an 8.6 meter span. The dry mass is 1620 kg with a launch mass of 1650 kg. It was designed to operate for three years and features 6 deployable solar arrays and batteries for power supply. The satellite has a Cyl + 6 Pan shape, with an RCS value of 12.6191. The payload includes the Molniya-1T No. 84L communication equipment.
