With dimensions of 0.2 meters in length and a diameter of 1 meter, it has a span of 4.3 meters, indicating extended solar panels or antennas. The satellite weighs 42 kilograms both at launch and dry mass. It was manufactured by OSCG for ORBCOMM (ORBC), with the primary mission to provide communication services for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT). Its power system consists of two deployable solar arrays along with batteries.
