GLOBALSTAR M003 is a communication satellite launched on February 14, 1998, from Cape Canaveral Air Force Stations Launch Complex 17A using the Delta 7420-10C launch vehicle. The spacecraft measures 1.5 meters in length and has a diameter of 0.6 meters with a span of 12 meters due to its deployable solar arrays.
