GLOBALSTAR M032, also known as Globalstar M032, is a communication satellite owned by GLOBT and manufactured by LOR. It was launched on July 10, 1999, from the AFETR launch site using SLC17B and the Delta 7420-10C launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 1.5 meters in length, 0.6 meters in diameter, and a span of 12 meters. It had a dry mass of 380 kilograms and a launch mass of 450 kilograms. Equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power supply, it was designed to operate for approximately 7.5 years. The satellites configuration is LS-400, with an AOCS motor system for attitude control. It has a shape described as Box + 2 Pan and a radar cross-section (RCS) of 2.4658 square meters. The payload was named Globalstar FM32, serving the purpose of communication missions.
