The spacecraft has dimensions of 1.5 meters in length and a diameter of 0.6 meters with a span of 12 meters when its deployable solar arrays are extended, providing power along with batteries. It carries the payload Globalstar FM48 for communication purposes. The satellite was manufactured by LOR (Lockheed Martin) as part of the LS-400 configuration and has a dry mass of 380 kg and a launch mass of 450 kg. Its mission is expected to last for approximately 7.5 years, equipped with an AOCS motor system and designed in a box shape with two panels.
