It measures approximately 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters and has a span of 7.8 meters due to its solar arrays. The satellite was manufactured by POL and is part of the Uragan series, specifically Uragan No. 91L. It weighs around 1200 kilograms dry and had an initial launch mass of 1450 kilograms.
