This navigation satellite is part of the Uragan series and uses a 3-Axis stabilized Uragan-M bus configuration. The spacecraft has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 7.8 meters when its solar arrays are deployed. It has a launch mass of 1415 kg and a dry mass of 1200 kg.
