The spacecraft measures 1.5 meters in length and has a diameter of 1.9 meters with a span of 19.3 meters. It carries a dry mass of 910 kilograms and had a launch mass of 1077 kilograms. Equipped with GPS SVN 58, it is powered by two deployable solar arrays and batteries, and its mission involves navigation tasks. The satellite features a Box + 2 Pan shape design manufactured by LMVF, equipped with a Star 37XFP motor for propulsion.
