The spacecraft has dimensions of 1.5 meters in length and 0.6 meters in diameter with a span of 12 meters due to its solar arrays. It weighs 380 kg dry and had a launch mass of 450 kg, powered by two deployable solar arrays and batteries. Its configuration is LS-400 with an AOCS motor for stabilization.
