GLOBALSTAR M071 is a communication satellite with the OBJECT_ID 2007-020F and NORAD_CAT_ID 31576. Launched on May 29, 2007, from TYMSC Launch Complex 31 using a Soyuz-FG launch vehicle, it was manufactured by LOR for the US-based company GLOB (Globalstar). The satellite has dimensions of 1.5 meters in length and 0.6 meters in diameter with a span of 12 meters. It had a launch mass of 450 kg and a dry mass of 380 kg, equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power. Its mission is to provide communication services. The satellite has a box shape with two panels and an RCS value of 2.2995. GLOBALSTAR M071 operates with a motor called LS-400 AOCS and has a configuration similar to the BUS type LS-400. It was designed for a lifetime of 7.5 years.
