Launched on June 19, 2008, from KYMSC LC107 using the Kosmos 11K65M launch vehicle, this satellite has dimensions of 1.4 meters in length and 0.6 meters in diameter with a span of 1.5 meters. It carries an Orbcomm payload and AIS-receiver for M2M/IoT communication and traffic monitoring purposes. The dry mass is 115 kg, which matches its launch mass.
