GLOBALSTAR M073, also known as Globalstar M073, is a communication satellite identified by NORAD CAT ID 37193 and OBJECT ID 2010-054F. It was launched on October 19, 2010, from the TYMSC launch site LC31 using a Soyuz-2-1A launch vehicle. The satellite is owned by GLOB and manufactured by THALR with the configuration of an ELiTeBus-1000 bus system. It has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 2 meters in diameter, and a span of 12 meters, with a dry mass of 500 kg and launch mass of 715 kg. Its equipment includes 16 C-to-S-band transponders and 16 L-to-C-band transponders. Power is provided by two deployable solar arrays generating 2.4 kW (bol) and 1.7 kW (eol), along with batteries. The satellites shape is described as a Trap Cylinder with two Pans, featuring an RCS of 4.6863. It was designed for a 15-year lifetime and equipped with the LS-400 AOCS motor system.
