GSAT0102 (GALILEO-FM2), also known as GalileoSat-2, is a navigation satellite operated by ESA/GSAEU. Launched on October 21, 2011, from the ELS launch pad at FRGUI using a Soyuz-ST-B vehicle, it has dimensions of 2.7 meters in length and 1.6 meters in diameter with a span of 14.5 meters due to its solar arrays. The satellite has a dry mass and launch mass of 700 kilograms each. It is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power, and it serves the purpose of navigation as part of the Galileo IOV FM2 mission. Manufactured by EADSB/THALR, its shape consists of a box structure plus two panels.
