Launched on March 25, 2012, from the TYMSC LC200/39 launch pad with a Proton-M/Briz-M launch vehicle, it has a dry mass of 3200 kg and a total launch mass of 6249 kg. The satellite is owned by INTELU and equipped with 24 C-band transponders, 18 Ku-band transponders, and 18 UHF transponders for communication purposes. It has two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power generation. The satellite measures 6.9 meters in length, 3.2 meters in diameter, and spans 36.9 meters when its solar panels are deployed. Its expected lifetime is 18 years, with a stable operational date of March 26, 2012.
