O3B FM2 is a communication satellite designated by NORAD CAT ID 39190 and OBJECT ID 2013-031C, operating under the BUS Prisma and CONFIGURATION ELiTeBus-1000. It was launched on June 25, 2013, from the FRGUI launch site using a Soyuz-ST-B rocket from ELS launch pad. Built by THALR for O3B, it has a LENGTH of 4 meters and a DIAMETER of 2 meters with a SPAN of 12 meters. Its DRY_MASS is 500 kg, while its LAUNCH_MASS was 700 kg. Equipped with 12 Ka-Band transponders and powered by two deployable solar arrays along with batteries, the satellites MOTOR is LS-400 AOCS.
