O3B PFM is a communication satellite, also known as O3b PFM, operated by O3B and manufactured by THALR. Launched on June 25, 2013, from the Guiana Space Centre using a Soyuz-ST-B launch vehicle, it has a configuration of ELiTeBus-1000 with dimensions including a length of 4 meters, diameter of 2 meters, and span of 12 meters. The satellite weighs 500 kg dry and carries 12 Ka-Band transponders for its communication mission. It is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries to provide power. The spacecraft has an expected lifetime of 10 years.
