BEIDOU-3S IGSO-2S, also known as Beidou DW 20, is a navigation satellite operated by CNSA (China National Space Administration). Launched on September 29, 2015, from Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Chang Zheng 3B launch vehicle, it measures 2.5 meters in length and has a diameter of 1.7 meters with a span of 10 meters. The spacecraft carries the Beidou-3 I2-S payload for navigation purposes and is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power generation. With a dry mass of 1,150 kg and launch mass of the same value, it was manufactured by CAST (Chinese Academy of Space Technology) and has an expected lifetime of 10 years. The satellite features a box shape with two panels and has a radar cross-section (RCS) of 61.2179 square meters.
