GSAT0210 (GALILEO 13), also known as GalileoSat-13, is a navigation satellite launched on May 24, 2016, from the Guiana Space Center using the Soyuz-ST-B launch vehicle. The spacecraft, designed with a SmartMEO configuration and manufactured by OHB, measures 2.7 meters in length, 1.6 meters in diameter, and has a span of 14.5 meters when its solar arrays are deployed. It carries a Galileo Navigation payload and MEO SAR equipment, weighing 733 kilograms at launch with a dry mass of 660 kilograms. Its power comes from two deployable solar arrays and batteries, and it is equipped for navigation purposes. The satellite has an expected lifetime of twelve years.
