SES-10 is a communication satellite with the OBJECT_ID 2017-017A and BUS Eurostar 3000. It was launched on March 30, 2017, from AFETR using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle from LC39A. The satellite has dimensions of 7 meters in length, 3.3 meters in diameter, and a span of 35 meters. Its dry mass is 3000 kilograms, with an initial launch mass of 5300 kilograms. It carries 50 high-power Ku-Band transponders for communication purposes and is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries to provide power. The satellite was manufactured by ADSB and is owned by SESSL, designed for a mission lifetime of 15 years. Its shape is described as Box + 2 pan and has a radar cross-section (RCS) of 6.493.
