The satellite has dimensions of 7 meters in length, 3.3 meters in diameter, and a span of 35 meters. Its dry mass is 3000 kilograms, with an initial launch mass of 5300 kilograms. It carries 50 high-power Ku-Band transponders for communication purposes and is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries to provide power. The satellite was manufactured by ADSB and is owned by SESSL, designed for a mission lifetime of 15 years. Its shape is described as Box + 2 pan and has a radar cross-section (RCS) of 6.493.
