IRIDIUM 134, also known as Iridium Next SV134, is a communication and traffic monitoring satellite manufactured by OATKGA for IRIDS (Iridium LLC). Launched on December 23, 2017, from the AFWTR SLC4E launch pad using a Falcon 9 rocket, this satellite has a BUS of EliteBus with the configuration ELiTeBus-1000. It measures 3.1 meters in length and 1.5 meters in diameter with a span of 9.4 meters. The dry mass is recorded at 700 kg while its launch mass was 860 kg. Equipped with deployable solar arrays and batteries for power, the satellite carries an L-band payload, Ka-band cross-links, Ka-band downlinks, ADS-B payload, and AIS-receiver (part of a group of 58 satellites). The satellites design lifetime is ten years, with plans extending its operational life to fifteen years. Its shape is described as Half Hex Prism+2 pan.
