IRIDIUM 150 (also known as Iridium Next SV150) is a communication and traffic monitoring satellite operated by IRIDS, manufactured by OATKGA, and launched on March 30, 2018, from the AFWTR launch site using Falcon 9 as the launch vehicle. It has dimensions of 3.1 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 9.4 meters. The satellite weighs 700 kg dry mass with a launch mass of 860 kg and is powered by two deployable solar arrays along with batteries. Its equipment includes an L-band payload, Ka-band cross-links and downlinks, as well as ADS-B payload and AIS-receiver capabilities. Designed for a lifetime of up to 15 years, it operates in the Half Hex Prism+2 pan configuration.
