The BEIDOU-3 IGSO-2 satellite, also known as Beidou DW 46, was launched on June 24, 2019, from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center (XICLF) using a Chang Zheng 3B launch vehicle. It is part of the DFH-3B bus configuration and was manufactured by CAST for CNSA. The satellite has dimensions of 3 meters in length, 1.7 meters in diameter, and an 18-meter span, with a dry mass of 1700 kilograms and a launch mass of 3060 kilograms. Equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries, it is designed for navigation purposes and has an expected lifetime of 10 years. The satellites shape consists of a box with two panels and its mission includes the deployment of Beidou-3 I2Q payload.
