Launched on February 6, 2020, from TYMSC Launch Pad LC31 using a Soyuz-2-1B launch vehicle, this satellite has a configuration of Arrow bus with dimensions of 1.3 meters in length and 1 meter in diameter, and it spans 5 meters when fully deployed. The dry mass is 140 kilograms, and the launch mass was 148 kilograms. It carries a Ku-Band payload for communication purposes and uses solar arrays and batteries for power. Equipped with SPT-50 or BHT-350 Hall effect thrusters as its motor system, it has an expected lifetime of seven years. The satellites shape is described as Trapezoid+2 pan and is intended to support global communication services.
