Starlink is a network of satellites designed and developed by SpaceX. The goal of this network is to provide fast, reliable and global access to the Internet.

The Starlink network consists of hundreds and thousands of small satellites placed in low Earth orbit. These satellites communicate with ground stations on Earth, transmitting Internet data at speeds of more than 1 gigabit per second. This will give residents in areas with poor telecommunications infrastructure or remote from traditional Internet providers access to high-speed Internet. Starlink is currently in beta testing, and SpaceX plans to roll out the network worldwide within a few years.
