COSMOS 2514 [GLONASS-M], also known as Kosmos-2514, is a Russian navigation satellite based on the Uragan-M bus, launched on February 7, 2016, from Pleseck using a Soyuz-2-1B launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 4 meters in length and 1.5 meters in diameter with a span of 7.8 meters, featuring two deployable solar arrays for power generation. It has a dry mass of 1200 kg and was launched at a mass of 1450 kg. Manufactured by RESH, this satellite is designed to operate for seven years as part of the GLONASS navigation system. Its mission is focused on navigation support, contributing to global positioning services with its payload designated as Uragan-M No. 51L.
