Colonel, Russian Air Force (Ret. mid 2012); in 1992, he completed the Chernigov VVAUL; during 1992-1998 he served in the Far-Eastern Military District (DVO) as part of the 1st Air Army; during 1998-2000, he attended the VVS named for Gagarin; since 2000, he has served at the RGNII TsPK in the post of the section head of planning department of the 2nd Directorate; OKP: 16.06.2003 - 27.06.2005.
